Amelia officially has 2 teeth. She's had them for about a week. Conrad still does not have his molars, though they are still threatening to come through.
Conrad has a cold. I have a cold.
The airplane ride home was manageable. Not ideal, but manageable (ie. I had to ask the flight attendants to please please come carry my carseat, Amelia would finally fall asleep during landing, and Conrad was threatened numerous times to not get a piece of licorice because he kept kicking the seat in front of him).
I slept for 14 hours out of the past 25. Conrad has slept for probably 16 hours. Ahhh, being home is so wonderful.
I learned how to make hairbows on my trip home. I went to Burger Bar (I wasn't totally satisfied by it, though. Weird. Perhaps I wasn't hungry enough). I roasted marshmallows in the cool Utah air. I didn't need a jacket though because I've got enough "heat" on my chest for my sweet-smelling baby girl.
Now I have a list of chores to do, including buying tons of ribbon and hairclips.
I didn't want to come back here to Missouri, though I was dying to see Josh.
It was just lovely being around family all the time and letting Conrad run free through the chigger-free grass.
Not to be too positive, but I love being Josh's wife. And Conrad and Amelia's mom.

For Josh only: if you want to see me in all my glory, go see this post. A video shot today by my uncle Glenn.
Guess who's having a BABY?

I wondered why my brother Tom was being extra cuddly with Amelia, and I wondered if Lisa had just eaten a big lunch today.
Doesn't Lisa look awesome for already being 20 weeks along?!? Tom and Lisa are expecting a baby girl at the beginning of February. Congratulations to you, we are all jumping up and down with excitement!

Fun Sunday!
Today was a fantastic Sabbath day. Erin had her "non-report," as my mom likes to call it. Erin did so well, she is truly a witness of Christ. Thank you Erin for being my baby sister that I look up to.
After church got out, here are some pictures I took of the lunch. My Grandma Call with my Grandpa Woodbury.

Cousin Kalynne and Aunt Dianne looking beautiful as ever...

Grandma Call, Glenn and Jeni admiring Amelia.

A few new entries to the ugly face contest:

I highly doubt Grandpa will even rank.
Whitney just couldn't strike gold. She couldn't pick a winner. Booger King was nowhere to be found. Better luck next time, Whitney.
My dad, however surprises us with an even uglier face than before.
I think Ian was thinking about my dad's ugly face.
I think Tom should be the next Edward with teeth like those and his good looks.
Grandma, you are just too sweet to even try to be ugly.
I told Dave to take off his halloween mask because he was scaring all the children.
So he did, and this is what we saw.
Is that Glenn or somebody's dog? ha ha, just kidding.
Moving along to a different household later in the evening: Jake and McKall celebrated their birthdays tonight. Jake is 30. And McKall will be 2 in a couple of days. I loved this first picture! Little McKall was shaking she was so excited for her Dora presents. And Lea was pretty excited, too. :)

Amelia enjoying Grandma's company.
Some candid shots.

Here is Jake with his Dickies jumper suit and some anti-Monkey butt powder. Lea gave him those things because he will need them now that he is old.

Twooth
I am bragging here. Just thought I'd warn ya so you don't have to read on if you don't want to.
Amelia broke her first tooth, and the second one is about ready to surface any minute. Wanna know how hard it was for her? A piece of cake. Some drooling, an extra feeding in the nighttime, gnawing on hands, but no crankiness. I have it made, don't I? p.s. she's only 4 months old! Crazy.
Today Conrad was getting baby-sat by his grandma and grandpa S. They were shopping somewhere and there was a big sign that had the number 2 on it. Conrad said, "That is number 2." When they told me he did that I about pee'd my pants! Earlier this morning when I was getting him dressed he was wearing a shirt that had a number 2 on it, so I told him. He looked at it for a minute, and then we put his shirt on. What a little sponge. He is soaking EVERYTHING in. Amazing.

The Return of Sista E
OK, FIRST OF ALL I am working on a different computer and I cannot drag my pictures around so that it is in the order I want it to be. I wanted these first pictures to be at the end, and then the last. bigger. pictures to be first. So please bear with me and know that these pictures were supposed to be at the end.
Here is our ugly face competition we had at about midnight. You could say Erin's return had an effect on us.

Here is the remarkable Sista E:

Who do you think won the ugly competition? Please cast your vote and it will be put on a special novelty item for the next Christmas $5 game.
So here are the pictures from the airport. In no particular order...
Erin with her wonderful granparents. L-R: Grandpa Woodbury, Grandma Call, Erin, and Grandma Woodbury:

Erin and the marvelous Hot ta-Molly: (look for the picture of my parents about 4 down to see them impersonating this picture)
Erin crying as she came down to see her mother
Erin's poor shoes. They used to be heels.
Just kidding. But wouldn't that be funny?
Here is me and my sis being silly with Erin's name badge. I told her, I don't know if Josh would approve!!! Just kidding. Josh knows how silly us sisters can be.
And here is the picture of my parents impersonating Erin and Molly. Or were they impersonating me and Erin??? I can't remember.
Here is my sweet Grandpa holding Amelia. My talented sister-in-law Brindy is next to him. This is them waiting for Erin's arrival.
Here is my brother Eric hugging Erin. Conrad adopted Eric as a good buddy. He's probably the only 1 or 2 that Conrad has warmed up to while we've been here!
Group shot. We missed you Josh!!! And you Woodbury's in TX!!!! And you Woodbury's in SLC! Of course we missed Dave and Sarah and kiddo's... Ike was sick so they couldn't make it. :(
Here are just us girls. Minus Kim, Sarah and Lisa. :(
The boys minus Josh, Dave, Ethan and Tom. :(
And that's the end. I hope you liked the funny part at the beginning instead of at the end.
